BIG CHANGES AT THE ANTIQUE CO-OP!!!!

Hi..yes, there are BIG changes coming.  First, we are now officially two years old.  We celebrated that with a month full of sales in October.  Now we want to celebrate the coming holidays with you.  The first week of December we will have a storewide sale so you can get a lot of your holiday shopping done with us at the store.  You can buy items or purchase a gift certificate.  Most of our dealers have layaway to help you manage your money--wisely.

BUT..that is not all.  We will be moving our larger pieces of furniture into the recently vacated coffee shop area.  That will leave a lot more square footage to invite a few more dealers into the store.  More dealers..more variety and more possiblities for deals!   It is all happening quickly.  Don't miss out!  We will remind you again, however...ha!

The store will be like new...BIG!!!!!

Week 3 of our anniverary sale...and our dealer #15

This week we are heading into the third part of our anniversary sale.  We are going to give CHAIRS another chance as well as OCCASIONAL TABLES.  Come in and look at our chairs...again...and find a table that would go in your decor as well....25% OFF!!!!!!

Our dealer focus this week is our #15..Rae Clare.  She is a perfect example of the complete antiquer.  She not only is partner in a store in Poulsbo but she has a booth in every mall for 50 miles.. at least.  At one point she had a booth across the water. All her booths have something for EVERYONE.  She is in every week sometime twice a week..bringing new items in and updating her stuff.  I am including a couple of pics of her fun items.

Our Anniversary sale heads to week two!

Our store is having our two year anniversary this month.  Currently the store is discounting chairs by 25%..we have a great selection of singles, sets, rockers, stools.  You can't miss this one.  Starting the 8th..this friday..WICKER is on the agenda.  We have a lot of wicker pieces so come on down and take a look and plan for the sale prices friday..and thru thursday of next week.  Thanks for checking out the BLOG  it is our way of communication with you..the customer!

One more day until our anniversary sale begins.  Hard to believe it is TWO YEARS.  The sale will be a furniture sale for the month.. BUT..the furniture style will change each week of the month.  Week one in CHAIRS.  Look for the tags on the sale chairs.  Complete the decor look you have began in your house.  We probably have something that will help.

Also, I spoke of one of our dealers...Jim Norman.  He is the owner of  TRANSITION BOOKS.  He has excellent books.  He has been with us since we opened 2 years ago.  I have3 a couple of pictures showing his booth.  He is constantly bringing new books so visit his booth often.  He will have something you are looking for...trust us!

ANTIQUE CO-OP : THIS IS HOW WE BEGAN

We have been in business for almost 2 years.  We opened our doors in October of 2008. We ( Barb and Ginger) started out at a bad time for retail sales, both timewise and economy-wise.  Above is how our little shop looked before we put together enough money to have WIZZ SIGNS make our new and beautiful marquee sign for ANTIQUE CO-OP.  We started this blog in order to communicate with customers regarding future sales and to focus on our individual dealers thru out the year. 

We will be having a SALE IN OCTOBER to celebrate our 2 year anniversary...and to move some furniture stock out so more and new items can come in (we are small after all).  The month of October will be a 25% FURNITURE SALE.  Starting this coming friday (10/1) the sale will commence.  So come on in and find that wicker table, hall chair, hall tree, night stand, etc. for a better price than anywhere else!

As far as our feature dealer:  TRANSISTION BOOKS owned by Jim Norman.  He runs frequent sales and has very fair prices before any sales.  His books are excellent in condition.  He cleans each book very carefully and diligently...gets them back to that "new" look and smell!   He has coffee table books, history, biography, novels, instructional, anything you can imagine.  He has been having a sale in September...25% off all books .  If you get in before friday..you too can buy lots of books at 25% off an already reasonable price.

The featured store pieces from craigslist are still available at this writing.  We are hoping they sell this week.  Thanks for reading about us.  Please come in and see us.
